Review of the management system enhances service quality of the Patinter group Patinter has recently bet on updating its Management System, which will allow a significant improvement in the company's operation and, consequently, in the satisfaction of its customers. This mechanism incorporates the recognized "Plan-Do-Check-Act" cycle, which promotes process efficiency and continuous analysis of risks and opportunities, increasing the quality of services provided. At its base is an international standard that serves as a reference for the Certification of Quality Management Systems - ISO 9001, whose update is recent (2015). ISO 9001 is adapted to current work models, aligning the strategic orientation of companies with their management systems. More than a legal and formal update, this implementation will translate into a greater systematization of work. The main focus of Patinter is the satisfaction of the needs of its customers and Management System Certification is another tool to achieve this goal.
