Patinter employees will have mandatory training in Basic Life Support

Aware of the importance of training its employees, Patinter has been permanently investing in training actions - free and integrated into working hours - that provide them with useful tools in different areas.

Recently, the company decided to create a program of training actions in Basic Life Support (SBV), which takes place between April and September of this year, directed to its universe of employees. By the end of the scheduled actions, it is expected that more than 60% of the human resources will already be trained in this area. According to Patinter's administration, "this training will help the collaborators to acquire important knowledge for their professional life, but it also promotes the development of a solidary posture as active citizens".

Some of the points that will be addressed are essential to know what to do in urgent situations until the arrival of professional means. Recognizing that someone is unconscious, or even in cardiorespiratory arrest, and knowing how to act on these clinical pictures are practical examples of what Patinter's employees will learn throughout this formative dynamic.
